Yes he is married.
Korn and Supernova
He dies in a Book.
He is saving people on a planet which is about to have the moon crash into it. The moon is being dragged in by a Yuuzhan Vong creature. He tried to get back on the Millenium Falcon but in order to save the ship and everyone on they had to leave without him.
He is 2.28 meters tall.
He did not recieve a medal in Star Wars: A New Hope.
Actually, in the book it explains that he did get the honour but wookies do not get medals.
